Sorbet

  1. Make sure fruit is stoned/peeled/ready for munching. Put in food processor.
  2. Add juices from can. Dissolve sugar in boiling water, add.
  3. Munch till smooth.
  4. Freeze until mushy. (This will take 3-4 hours)
  5. Re-munch, then re-freeze.
  6. Clean food processor and add 6 egg whites. Process until foamy.
  7. Add frozen fruit mush and breifly PULSE processor till it's mixed through, then freeze.
