Sourdough Pizza base

Sourdough makes a great pizza base as it has a very hard outer crust with soft bread
- 1.5 Cup sourdough starter
- 1.5 Cup high grade flour
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- 1 Teaspoon salt
- mix and kneed for about 5 minutes
- cover and stand for about 30 minutes
