Variation: the same principle can be used to make pineapple, peach, grape and soft fruit juices, but sweeten with sugar syrup.

Alternatively: Stir 2 measures of orange juice and 2 measures of lemon juice with ice in a shaker or jug and strain into a tall tumbler. Add ice cubes and decorate with orange and lemon slices.
