Lángos is a Hungarian food speciality, a deep fried flat bread made of a dough with flour, yeast, salt and water.
  1. beat ingredients until moist with electric beater
  2. switch to the dough hook and knead for 5 - 7 minutes. dough will be very smooth and elastic
  3. put in greased bowl, cover and leave in a warm place to double in size
  4. divide into 4 rounded portions, cover and let rise for 20 minutes
  5. stretch out each portion to about 8 inches then fry in oil 2 minutes per side
