Danish Pastries

  1. mix yeast, sugar, and milk and leave to sit for 15mins
  2. mix flour, castor sugar, salt, make a well, mix in yeast mixture, egg & vanilla
  3. knead until smooth and elastic. Wrap and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
  4. roll out to 20cm x 30cm, spread 1/3 butter, fold 1/3then over again, roll otherway spread butter stc. frigerate then repeat a couple more times without the butter
