Ultimate Chocolate Cake

  1. Pre-heat oven to 160 degrees C and grease 1x 30cm round cake tin or 2x 20cm round cake tins. Add everything to food processor and blitz till combined
  2. bake for 1 hour at 160 degrees or until skewer comes out clean. Allow to cool in tin.
  3. Cake will keep for about 1 week in a sealed container in the fridge. You can also freeze it un-iced.
