Chicken Cordon Bleu

  1. Preheat oven to 180C (Fan bake)
  2. Mix Egg & Cornflour in a bowl until all cornflour dissolved.
  3. Combine other coating mix onto a plate.
  4. Slice chicken breast almost in half, insert ham & cheese. Optionally pin together with tooth-picks.
  5. Dip well in egg mixture (both sides) and transfer to crumbing plate, getting both sides well covered in crumbs.
  6. Put on oven tray, bake @ 180C for 35ish mins.
