Focaccia (Bread maker)

  1. put water, olive oil, salt, sugar, high grade flour, yeast in bread maker and set to 'dough'.
  2. spray rectangle tin with oil, push dough in firmly, spray and cover with gradwrap. leave in warm place for 30 mins
  3. sprinkle with black olive, rock salt, oil and bake at 240 degrees for 20 minutes
