sourdough crumpets

  1. Add sugar and salt to sourdough starter
  2. Mix baking soda in a little water
  3. Mix everything together then let it foam and rise for a minute
  4. Fry on low in an oiled cookie cutter shape or similar then remove shape and flip and fry for a bit longer
  5. Let cool. Toast now or bag for later. Can be frozen.
