Soft boiled eggs

A really easy method for perfectly cooked soft-boiled eggs. The logic here is that instead of boiling in water, you cook them in steam which is always 100C because physics.
  1. ~2cm of water in the bottom of a small pot
  2. bring to the boil
  3. add eggs, cover
  4. cover for 6 minutes and 15 seconds
  5. add cold water to stop cooking
