White Bread

  1. combine plain flour sugar salt yeast. add cold water, oil, boiling water and mix to a paste.
  2. stand for 2-3 minutes.
  3. knead for 5 minutes
  4. put into oiled bowl
  5. brush olive oil on top
  6. Cover, and put in warm place for 40mins
  7. punch middle
  8. knead for 5 mins
  9. Cover, warm place 40 mins. Gently lift out and brush with egg yolk & water mix
  10. 200°C for 30mins or until hollow base tapping sound
