Pavlova - No flop

  1. Preheat oven to 150°C. Beat jumbo egg whites until stiff.
  2. Add sugar GRADUALLY and continue beating.
  3. Slow beater and add vinegar, vanilla essence, cornflour and salt.
  4. Add water and beat again til thick and creamy.
  5. Put baking paper on baking tray and gently put pav mixture into centre of paper being careful not to squish, form into a rough circle.
  6. Cook for 1 hour and 10 minutes, then turn oven off and leave until cold.
  7. Top with whipped cream and your favourite fruit.
