Crème brûlée

  1. mix egg yolk and sugar
  2. add cream and vanilla essence then strain into ramekins
  3. bake 150 in ramekins in dish in water for 50-60mins
  4. let cool in water
  5. put in fridge for 2hrs to 2 days
  6. sprinkle sugar on top, use gas torch to caramelize
  7. chill for a couple of mins, serve
