Egg free chocolate cake

  1. 1. Melt butter, sugar, golden syrup, ½ cup milk.
  2. 2. Add sifted flour and cocoa.
  3. 3. Stir well, adding vanilla and baking soda in rest of milk.
  4. 4. Bake at 180°C, 40-50 minutes.

    This is a good egg free cake. To make dairy free replace butter with dairy free spread eg Olivani, and replace milk with rice milk.
