Coconut Chia Iceblocks

  1. combine coconut cream, chia seeds and honey and rest for around an hour
  2. add to ice block moulds with dabs of blackberry jam as you fill each mould
  3. freeze until set
  4. remove from mould and spread with nutella and sprinkle with crumbled frozen raspberries
  5. wrap in plastic food wrap and return to freezer for at least a few minutes
