Roast Chuffed Veges

  1. Peel potatoes and boil in pot for 8-10 minutes
  2. Drain
  3. Return to pot and shake to "chuff"
  4. Add olive oil to oven tray and heat in oven til hot
  5. Add veges to hot oil in pan
  6. Flavour with rosemary etc
  7. Turn once or twice
  8. Cook for about 1 - 1 1/2 hours at about 200 degrees celsius
