Naan bread

  1. Add room temperature water to large jug, add yeast let sit. Add yoghurt. Stir.
  2. Add flour, tumeric, cumin, salt, stir to combine. Then lightly knead into a ball.
  3. Cover, let rest to rise, approx 20 minutes.
  4. Form small portions. Dry toast in pan. Then put on rack in heated oven to finish cooking through.
