Warm tuna salad

I often find myself wanting single serve portions of fish. This fits the bill.
  1. Cook pasta for 1 minute less than packet instructions. Reserve 1/4 cup of pasta water, before draining pasta and returning to pan.
  2. Add oil (or juice from tuna can). Add garlic, chilli flakes and anchovy fillets. Saute 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add splash of pasta water, capers, about 2 tspblemon zest, 1 TB lemon juice, tuna and herbs. Serve and season.
