Scallion pancakes

Great way to use up extra sourdough starter
  1. Tip sourdough starter directly into hot oiled pan in a pancake shape
  2. sprinkle on spring onion, sesame seeds
  3. before turning over, drizzle some oil on top
  4. cook on medium heat until spring onion is caramalized and sesame seeds are toasted
  5. combine soy sauce, malt vinegar and olive oil in a dipping bowl
  6. cut into wedges to serve
