Feijoa loaf

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C. Line loaf tin.
  2. Place feijoas, sugar, butter and water in saucepan. Bring to boil. Gently cook for 5 minutes, then remove from heat and allow to cool.
  3. Carefully stir in dry ingredients and egg to wet. Mix until just combined.
  4. Por into loaf pan and cook for 50 minutes, until loaf feels firm and a skewer comes out clean.
