Warm tuna salad

I often find myself wanting single serve portions of fish. This fits the bill.
- 100 Gram pasta
- 1 Can Tuna
(95g can, I used tomato & basil flavour )
- 1 cloves Garlic
(Finely chopped)
- 1 Lemon
(Zest and juice)
- 2 Anchovy fillet
(Chopped finely)
- 2 Teaspoon Capers
(Halved)
- fresh herb
(I used chives, parsley and sage, chiffonade )
- chilli flakes
(To taste)
- Cook pasta for 1 minute less than packet instructions. Reserve 1/4 cup of pasta water, before draining pasta and returning to pan.
- Add oil (or juice from tuna can). Add garlic, chilli flakes and anchovy fillets. Saute 1-2 minutes.
- Add splash of pasta water, capers, about 2 tspblemon zest, 1 TB lemon juice, tuna and herbs. Serve and season.
